NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. These Official Rules apply to Echo Club "Drop" prize drawings (each, a "Drop"). The prize, entry period, and your current entries for the active Drop are displayed in the Echo Club app. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Echo Club Terms of Service.

Each Drop is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have an Echo Club account in good standing at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The entry period for each Drop is displayed in the app. Entries received outside the entry period are not eligible for that Drop.
Each Drop has minimum community participation goals (shown in the app, for example a minimum prize pool amount and a minimum number of participants). The final drawing countdown begins only once those minimums are met. If the minimums are not met, Sponsor may extend the entry period or conclude the Drop and draw at the then-current prize pool amount, at its discretion.
Raffle entries may be earned two ways, and both are free:
Entries earned by email have the same value and the same odds as entries earned in the app. Entries generated by bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means are void.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in the Drop. Sponsor's selection is final.
Any advertised headline amount is the maximum prize pool. The actual prize pool grows with community activity during the entry period, is displayed live in the app, and is frozen when the final countdown ends. The prizes awarded are the frozen pool amount divided according to the prize breakdown shown in the app.
Winners are notified by email or in-app notification. A winner may be required to confirm eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The prize for each Drop is described in the app. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty. No substitution or transfer, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Cash prizes are delivered to the winner's Echo Club wallet or through the payout methods offered in the app. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with prize acceptance and use.
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Drop if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or the Terms of Service. By entering, participants release Sponsor and its brand partners from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Disputes arising from a Drop are governed by the dispute resolution and governing law provisions of the Echo Club Terms of Service.
